After Update to v8.0.1 Adminlogin not possible

We updated to the newest version from 7.4.4 and after Installation the Login for users Worked fine but with the Admin Account its not possible. It always sais the Credentials are wrong.

I tried multiple times installing the Update with reverting back to snapshots right before the update and everytime all Admin logins Break after updating so im locked out.

Is this a general Problem?

I use Firefox 141.0.3, not the tray application.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to test the update until next Wednesday.
The admin login on the demo server works without any problems.
Is there perhaps a problem with special characters in the password (e.g. "$")?

Yes, you are correct. The login issue is caused by the special character in the password. Now we have fixed it and released a patched version, please download the installer file again from our website, the version number doesn't change.
