Hello, I can't seem to find an answer to what I need to do for this.
I had to renew the SSL certificate, which I've done, then used the csr file to rekey the one at godaddy.
downloaded the "other" version and then just renamed the .crt file to match the website (as we only allow web based access due to nobody being allowed to install ftp software).
however, when i try to go to the web page now, it switches from https to http and then says the cerficate is not valid, even though the certificate looks fine when I check the details.
I'm sure i've missed something silly, but not sure what.
Using the latest version 8.2.0 and running on windows 11 pro.
any suggestions?
Cheers
Rob

Re: site diverts to http and not https
WingFTP can redirect HTTP to HTTPS only, it can't redirect HTTPS to HTTP.
Maybe the default HTTPS port 443 is being used by other applications? Please check it by yourself.
