Unable to access the web admin page across DMZ

Hello - I have WingFTP Server connected to a DMZ port on my firewall, and have a corresponding rule to allow http/https access and port 5466 TCP traffic from my office network, however I'm getting an error when trying to access the admin page, DNS_PROBE_NXDOMAIN is what comes up. Any ideas?

Could you access the web admin via the server IP address? If you can, just access via the IP address. DNS_PROBE_NXDOMAIN means your domain name can't be resolved correctly, maybe you should update your DNS records.
