2 factor authentocation
Are there any plans to support 2 factor authentication, preferably compatible with Google Authenticator?

Not possible, because Wing FTP Server supports multiple protocols, also it supports LAN and WAN. So Google Authentication won't work in many situations.

The new version 6.6.1 supports two-factor authentication (TOTP) now. You can enable this feature under "Domain > Users > Add/modify a user > General > Enable two-factor authentication (TOTP) for Web Client".

Will it, in the furure, be possible to use 2-factor authentication when using Active Directory integration. I know it will be for all users it only will be for WEB connections, SSH must be disabled.

Yes, but current version has a bug when using TOTP with mapping user, we will improve it in the next release.
