Drag and Drop Add on or can it work

Well been loving the software and just finding little things from my users.

1. Can we get a drag and drop?

2. When anyone hits the back button on the web browser it logs them out and because I only allow 1 instance. they are locked out till the time counts down. Is there a way to not have them taken to the log in screen?

3. Thank you for the weblink to the mobile client. Is there a way to put the Weblink as a main button on the toolbar just because some of our users are not able to listen to a manual or personal teaching.
