Can't upload file with Chinese filename via Windows Explorer

Please try to disable the following option:
Domain > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > FTP for Windows Explorer uses UTF-8 (or Enable FTP command 'OPTS UTF8 ON')

If errors still occur, it is recommended to use a professional FTP client software.
