SSH logging issue as of v.8.2?

I am on RHEL 9.8, and it looks like as of v.8.2, when I look at ~/wftpserver/Log/ssh_debug_log there is NOTHING but the following messages:

ssh_socket_exception_callback: Socket exception callback: 1 (0)

Can you advise? Thank you.
