Bug Report: Domain Account Bypasses Expired Local FTP Account in v8.1.2 and Earlier

In versions 8.1.2 and earlier, there is a known issue where FTP local accounts with expiration dates can still be accessed via domain account mapping even after the local account has expired. How can this be resolved?
