Unable to Transfer File

Hello. I am a new user of FTP Rush 3.5.4 (downloaded from macOS App Store). I have configured my FTP server and I am able to connect to it via Mac Finder and FTP Rush. I am also able to write files to locations on the FTP server. The problem comes when I want to transfer a file (any file, not necessarily the one I originally transferred) back to the local directory. How do I make this work properly?

Transfer to FTP Server:

Please also ensure you have read/write permissions on the local folder.
