the Administrator Console cannot log in. How to solve it?
It was used normally before. For some reasons, the server changed its IP address, and then the Administrator Console could not log in. How can I solve this situation?

What do you mean? Can't connect to the web admin? If you added IP access rules under "Administrator > Settings > IP Access", please try to remove all the IP rules.

Ha -- they can't fix the issue as provided if they can't log into the console -- LOL.
I have found that when my Admin console breaks it's usually related to SSL certificates, like perhaps one was moved or deleted, and if still used in the settings the Admin console won't load.
If you are on Linux they would be normally located in /etc/pki/tls/certs but they don't have to be.
Not sure if this is your issue but if you have been messing around with your certs lately then maybe it is.
