Navigating to subfolders doesn't show expected items
We just upgraded to WingFTP Server 8.0.2 and now it seems that if we try to navigate to a few subfolders in (around 4th layer), it does not list the correct folder view; meaning, I have to refresh the browser page in order for it to show the expected list of files for the subfolder. And sometimes navigating back up to the previous folder, doesn't display the contents either -- the view just remains the same until I refresh the browser page. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

OK, please upgrade to the latest version 8.0.3, and then test it again with browser's private mode. If this issue still exists, please paste your 4-layer path here.

Re: Navigating to subfolders doesn't show expected items
Hi! We upgraded to 8.0.3, but the issue persists. There seems to be a couple issues. One that consistently fails is if the folder ends with a ".0", we are unable to view anything from that folder at all, even with a refresh.
I've created the following test account for you to view the issue. This account does not have any write permissions to any of the folders you'll see, only read and list.
site: https://software.edifecs.com
username: wingftp_support
password: xxxxxx
I've added some screenshots in the root folder that shows the actual folder structure on the server. All the subfolders should also have a text file "testdoc.txt".
Right now, I'm not able to replicate the original issue I mentioned in this test user account even with the 4 layers of folders, but this is the folder structure of that issue:
Projects\ValenceHealth\SOMOS\837_Files\05_14_25
Once I double-click the 05_14_25, it does not display the files within it, unless I hit the Refresh button on the browser.
Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks!

OK, it seems the filename will be transformed if it ends with a ".0", we will fix the issue in the next release, thanks for your report!

The patched version of 8.0.3 fixed the issue. Thanks! We can close this ticket.
