I just can't get the listening ports to hear 990/443 or 22. Red X. Port 21 and 80 show green, but I can only connect via plain FTP.
I bought the server so it's not trial. I am hoping someone here can help me. I am desperate to get my client connected!
I must have FTPS for this client. I have AT&T BGW210-700 Router> I don't see 192.168.1.123 on the list. I only see my local IP address/computer name but that doesn't work. Those Routers have NAT/Gaming instead of Port Forwarding.
Any help at all would be wonderful!
Elena

OK, it seems you purchased a Standard edition license, but FTPS/SFTP or HTTPS is only available in the Secure edition or Corporate edition.
You can upgrade to the Secure edition or Corporate edition with a price difference, just contact us via email: https://www.wftpserver.com/contacts.htm
