Help with upgrade (Service error)

Hi!

I have tried to upgrade our version 6.5.0 to the latest version 7.3.8 and followed all instructions. Install goes well, but after the installation the WingFTP service does not start anymore. Is the difference to big? I can not find previous versions to try this with.

Please advise.

Sorry, there is a problem with the Windows installer package in the latest version 7.3.8: When you upgrade from the old version 6.x.x or 5.x.x, the WingFTP service can't be started.

Now we have updated the Windows installer package, the version number does not change, please download it again from our website: https://www.wftpserver.com/download.htm
