Windows 10 or 11 Restart or Shutdown stall.

Every time Windows 10 or 11 is shutdown or restarted, a notification window pops up.
Basically says it can't go ahead as there is a program running, doesn't show which one.
Pretty sure this is Wing FTP Server stalling the sequence, as the shutdown or restart continuous if I shutdown the server.
Ideas please whats causing this and a solution to stop this occurring.

No, WingFTP won't prevent Windows restart ot shutdown, please check whether it was affected by other applications. Or you can download the latest version of WingFTP and install it again: https://www.wftpserver.com/download.htm
