server stopped constantly

Now since I got the server finally up and running the server is stopping constantly and i have to re-start it. When it stopped there is a red x on the right lower tray icon. In the right click menu i can start the server again.

Could you please tell us your NIC(Network Interface Card) information?
We suggest that you try to update your NIC drivers to the latest version.

I am having the exact same issue, though I am running the server (as a service) under Windows 7 64-bit.
I'm using my integrated RTL8111D chip (10/100/1000 Mbit) and all drivers are up to date.

Try to upgrade to the latest version. I had this problem to, but in the latest version the issue was resolved.
