Transfer Quota limit reset

I can see you can select for it to reset on a month option

1) Is that reset back to zero out of whatever number is configured?
2) What date of the month does this reset occur?

1. Yes, the current download/upload bytes will be reset to 0.
2. After one month you saving the user settings.
