Error "no permission" when generating weblink/upload link

[FTP]

1. Enable the option "Domain > Settings > General Settings > Data Transfer Limit > Enable file download link (Enable file request link)".

2. Enable the option "Domain > Users > Edit a user > General > Enable file download/request link".

3. Ensure the user home folder has "File Read" permission (or "File Write" permission for file request link).

4. Ensure the disk quota or transfer quota is not exceeded (under user/domain settings).
