A permission setting question

Hi,

While I am trying WingFTP in Windows server 2012, I have a permission question.

I have some dirs in my disks, such as d:\ftpusers, d:\soft, d:\movie.And anonymous's home dir is d:\ftpusers.

I want my users can download files, but they cannot list them. I have another website tell my users the ftp url.

So how can I make the setting?

I tried to make a virtual path named "soft", point to d:\soft, and made the right with only file read, But when I tried to download the file, the server tells me "[04] Fri, 26 Dec 2014 18:59:15 (0000585) 550 Cannot MLSD. No permission.
".
How can I setting anonymous user to make it possible?
