error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure

I'm noticing this error on a number of sites that are 'OpenSSL 1.0.1e 11 ready'.

Does anyone know how to fix this error in Rush?
