Automatically upload file through SFTP

Hi!

I have a repeating task - upload some files in my local folder to a SFTP server and delete the local files after uploading.

I need this task being executed in certain schedule, such as in every 10 minutes.

How can I set up this task?

How can we put native FTP command in Script?
Is RushApp.FTP.RAW work for that?
