help with big files and overwriting files please

Hi,
I am using the latest version of ftprush.
I need help with 2 things please.

I do not know how to get ftprush to split large files into chunks for transfer, amd have tryed to look all through the help files and through the program settings with no luck.

Also, with some files, if my connection drops, these show as an X in the transfer box, however it does not seem to auto-resume. I did adjust settings, and also if say I was transferring a 500mb file and only 30mb of it transferred, I set it to auto-overwrite. However it's not doing this either.
I thought I would post a pic of the settings, as maybe I have gotten them wrong:-


A) OS - windows 7
B) network is broadband?
C) Version 2.12 (2.12, UNICODE, 2010-10-21)
D) Unsure what server, I use this to ftp to my seedbox from my home pc

for your questions:

1. FTP Rush do not support splitting large files into chunks, you can use other application(like WinRar) do it.

2. Please paste your client logs here.
