Wing FTP Software

The Wing FTP Server I installed is unable to upload software and can only upload text files. Is it the case that the software itself doesn't support the uploading of some software programs?

Not possible, unless you added file access rules in WingFTP. Another possibility is your browser (extension) or firewall blocked uploading .exe files.

Executable files (exe) or compressed file packages cannot be transferred on the web. However, they can be transferred using the FTPRush tool. When uploading via the web, there is no prompt at all. And no prompt can be seen in the log files either. It just flashes by after the progress bar is filled.
