Wing FTP Software

When restarting Wing FTP Server, added aministrator users are lost and deleted administrator users are resurrected.
When adding or deleting administrator users via the web interface, I can confirm, that no changes are written to the file Wing FTP Server\Data\_ADMINISTRATOR\admins.xml.

I am not sure exactly how old this issue is. At least the problem is present in v7.1.6 and v7.1.7. But it was not present in v7.0.8.

My system:
Wing FTP Server 7.1.7 for Windows
Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

Please check whether existing a file "Data/_ADMINISTRATOR/admins.xml.bakfile", just delete the .bakfile file if you can find it, and then restart the WingFTP service.
