SFTP transmission dropped

Hi,
We are implementing a SFTP solution in Windows Server 2019 but when we perform a test transfer of several files using a script, transmission suddenly is dropped off and it seems that channel is blocked, since it does not allow us to enter application again until the service is restarted manually.
We tried with 7.1.0, 7.1.1, another version shared (WingFtpServer_dev20220803.exe). Finally today we install the latest version 7.1.2 and the problem has not been solved.
We need to know if there is any parameter that we must configure so that it allows the transfer of the files and that the transmission is not broken and the service is not dropped, or something that can help solve the issue?
