SFTP file overwrite issue leaving some old data

Hello. I have discovered an odd issue with overwriting files in SFTP.
If I overwrite an existing file with a larger file,
and then overwrite again with the original file,
FTP Rush seems to keep some of the larger file at the end of the original file,
and the filesize stays at the larger size.
I have been able to repeat this behavior.
Can you please check on this and advise?
