Wing FTP Software

Can i use Wing FTP :
Make a File Request By Email
-Wing will read a dedicate Email
-Search for Request files
-send to the requester

--Part to Big Files
--Answer if Not Found
--etc ... Any other support for this

I use a old program call autosend it work fine , but work only on Vista

Yes, you can login the web client and right-click on a subfolder, and then click the button "File Upload Request" to generate a file request link, if you want to email that link, just check on the option "Send email to".
