corrupted file

I've this problem
Each time an user try to download a file
the download file is corrupted and can be opened

Please describe your issue clearly:
Which version of Wing FTP Server?
Which transfer protocol? FTP/SFTP/HTTP?
All the downloaded files will be corrupted or just a few files? And can you reproduce it on your computer?

WingFTP server Version 6.1.7
Download from HTTP
all the file are corrupted
for expample a Jpeg file have blue , red , line in the midlle
if try to unzip a file we have an error
PDf file can't be opened

I think WingFTP itself has no such problem, maybe it is caused by the client side or network environment.
