Wing FTP Software

For notification on events, I see acceptable methods as being FTP, SSH and HTTP. Would those accessing the system via HTTPS fall under the HTTP method? Or are no alerts possible when folk are accessing the server over HTTPS?

OK, HTTP event includes both HTTP and HTTPS protocol.
