https URL - Not enough memory

While access https url of wingFTP domain. Users are getting error message "Not Enough Memory" in the browser.
I did login to server and CPU and memory consumption is under 50 %. Looks like the Apache or webserver issue that WingFTP is using.
Please see if you could advise any thing here.

Which version you are using? You had better upgrade to the latest version 4.7.1 first, and then check whether it will happen again.

i am running the latest version of wing ftp server 4.7.3 and i got the 'not enough memory' message yesterday. first time it has happened but it has me concerned. i am running it on windows server 2012. i did a SHUTDOWN and RESTART of the wing ftp software and it came back up ok. i wasn't impressed with the statement made from FTP user about 'just get the latest version'. Does anyone have an intelligent comment to make about this problem? i may have to do a SHUTDOWN and RESTART of the software every month if this continues to happen.
