Wing FTP Software

when soneone using our FTP site tries to use the Zip File button they just get an error message that says:

Zip/unzip failed: no permission

What can I do to allow this function? I an not a tech person so I am hoping to receive a layman's explanation!

OK, please make sure you have "Zip files" permission for the home directory.
