I am using WingFTp Server version - 4.5.6 and want to know if this version or any updated version support any of these encryption methods.

3des-ctr
aes128-ctr
aes192-ctr
aes256-ctr
arcfour,
Rcfour128
arcfour256

Yes, current version (v4.6.3) does not support the CTR mode due to the SSH lib, now we are trying to migrate to a new SSH lib, so just wait for the next release, thanks!

Wing FTP Server v4.7.0 has been released! Now the CTR mode is included in the SSH cipher modes.
