Hi I would like to customize the email that will be send
I known that i can do that with the weblink_update file
But i want to do that when I create the weblink
for example when I create a weblink
I can write a subect , a text that will describe the file and if it's possible that in the link it will only show the name of the file instead of the url

example of what i want to do
Subject: send file

people who received the file xxxx@aaaa.fr" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow, rrrr@tttt.fr" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow

Description : blah blah balh regards


File to dowload : file61.pdf

Warning the file will be destroyed in 10 days

I already change this file to customize the email that the user will received
but I want to know if it 's possible to add a field to the dialogbox when I create a weblink where a I can add text and it will appears in the email

Yes, it is possible, but its your personal requirement, you need to modify the file "webclient/main.html" and "webclient/weblink_update.html".
