Wrong Transfer speeds

Hi,
I am using Windows 8 64 Bit and FTP Rush 2.1.8.
When I download a file FTP Rush shows me a speed of ~4mb/s but the actual speed is more like 1,2mb/s. Even when the download finised it reports the right speed.
I think when I uncheck the option to crypt the traffic the speed show is appropriate.
