Wing ftp cant access through SSH

Using PuTTY software, I can't access the server through SSH. It gives me the error: 'Server refused our key'.

After that, I generated a public and private key using PuTTYgen. I attached the public key in WingFTP under the user settings with SSH limits. Then, I opened PuTTY, connected via SSH on port 22, and added the private key to the credentials.

However, it still gives me the error: 'Server refused to accept the key'.

OK, you need to use "PSFTP.EXE" in the putty, not "PUTTY.EXE".
