Recently I re-installed Wing FTP but I have new problem .

After I re-install the Wing FTP, my client FTP program keep asking me to "password" even I set the "use password" to disable, and just use
SSH public key(of course I uploaded the Public key file).


what should I do?

OK, first, please do not disable the user password. And maybe you can enable the option "Domain > User > Limit > SSH authentication method > Only use public key authentication", and also need to specify a correct ssh public key under WingFTP.

1. I enabled password ( Domain > User > general )
2. I enabled SSH authentication method (Domain > User > limit) also I set the path of SSH public key.
3. But my FTP client program(filezilla) still ask me to Certification's password.
**I try to upload capture of this situation... but i don't know how to do it. I don't have http url to share.

Do you mean the key passphrase? If you specify a key passphrase when generating the key pair, you will be required to enter the key passphrase.

it worked! I generated non key passphrase key files and it worked.
