Admin password isnt the same after Upgrade

I just followed these steps to upgrade our Wing FTP instance.

How to upgrade?
•Download the latest version.
•Backup your data files to a safe place (copy the whole "/Data" directory).
•Stop the Wing FTP Server service.
•Install the new version without any change.

I defined the same Admin username and password as we used previously through the installer GUI but then after the installation finished I can’t sign back into the admin account and I get this error using the same password.

some error in ...les (x86)\Wing FTP Server\lua\SessionModuleAdmin.lua:214: c:/program files (x86)/wing ftp server//session_admin/b5a606e88e1555a4689115cd6c9f3247.lua: Permission denied!

I have run the installer again to try and reset the admin password as directed here: viewtopic.php?t=362

For Windows version, stop the Wing FTP service first, then launch the installer package "WingFtpServer.exe".

After trying to install the upgrade 3 times now with the same Admin username and password used originally I still can’t sign back in to the Admin portal. Please let me know how I can fix this and regain access to my instance after the upgrade.

Please make sure you have read/write permissions for the installation folder of WingFTP.
