I currently have WingFTP running on Windows Server 2008.
I am thinking about moving the setup to Linux.
We have a lot of weblinks setup, will these work when moving between the OS's?

The weblink data can keep the same, but I think the file path will be different in Linux. So you need to replace the related file path data, not only in the weblink file (Data/_WEBLINK/xxxxx), but also in the SQLite database (Data/bookmark_db).

Yes, the weblink files specify a drive letter which Linux won't support so all of these files along with the DB you mentioned would need to be amended.
I'll try and stick with Windows I think!
