Temp Ban Whitelist

I want to make it so that i can whitelist a ip address so it never gets temp banned as im slowly teaching my parents to use this to back up their files, however, they cant remember passwords for the life of them, so i usually end up having to unblock them from accessing the server.

The version 6.5.0 already added a feature "IP Whitelisting".
