Upload Weblink Notification to originator

Feature request:

It will be beneficial, during "Uplod Weblink request" creation, to specify an email address for notification purposes.
So idea is: when somebody used "Uplod Weblink request" and uploaded files, - email will be send to originator of "Uplod Weblink request", who identify that "notify me" on this email address, when files are uploaded using this link.

Would it be possible to add a feature in the next release that the person who sends a web link will be notified by email that the file has been downloaded?
Currently only one person can be notified.
