Option window buttons cut off and not resizable

The best way to show this is a screenshot as all the buttons and bottom part of the options are completely cut off. I use a DPI of 115% so I used the disable dpi scaling but still I am not able to read all the options.

Of course you must use DPI of 100% to keep the original interface.
