New mirc control center for FTPRush

Hi people,

a new version is here!!

allmost 1000 downloads on the previous version lets see if we can get higher

This version is tested on version 541 and is created for glftpd commands.

How to load the script?
in MiRC do:
/load -rs frush.mrc
now you get a message if it's succesfull

now you can use right mouse button and choose "FTPRush Control Center" or use, /rush
