FTPRush Interface

Hello, Gents
Sorry, please do excuse my stupidity, but I can't see what's the trick with the FTPRush Portable version interface.
I have downloaded it from this site. I have been running Win XP SP3.
But I can't see any menus available. Should it be activated by any means? I can't switch on my brains.
