Wing FTP Software

PLease help me,
I want to know if c_CreateSSHKey(string strFileName,string strFilePath,string strKeyPassword,int nKeySize,int nKeyType) create an SSH public Key on Wing Ftp Server? if not, how can we create a SSH public Key on WingFTPserver and add it to a new user i create.
