1. If you encounter "Error code=1" when doing LDAP authentication with Windows AD, then please try the LDAP port 3268 (or 3269 for SSL/TLS).

2. And "Error code=49" means invalid LDAP credentials, you need to input a valid LDAP user/password into the filed "Bind DN / Bind Password", like the following:
