Right now when the "File Upload Request" feature is used, it will generate a link that a WingFTP user can then share with someone and allow that person to securely upload a file to a folder in the WingFTP site.
When the user that receives that link clicks on it, they then see a screen like this:
The problem is that when someone chooses to upload a file (depending on the file size), they might only BRIEFLY see what looks like their file being "uploaded" which may not be long enough to even catch their eyes, but then it disappears (with small files the indicator you see below only lasts a second or less):
AFTER the file is uploaded, no confirmation of the action remains on the screen to say for example..."File Uploaded Successfully". The screen returns to looking like this:
Because of this design, the user is often left feeling uncertain about what they did...and they then will try to upload the file again and again. Several times even!
To address this issue, this idea is to enhance the "File Upload Request" screen that the person who receives a "Upload LINK" sees, so that when they successfully upload a file(s) a confirmation that the files uploaded successfully, remains on the screen.
Something like this!
