Multiple Connection reset by peer - recvfrom(2) errors

Some of our clients use to upload their files with an app Exportible.
That used to work just fine. Since a week we have a new 2019 server, installed the latest Wing FTP version and copied the complete data map. HTTPS clients have no problems, Filezilla works fine too.
But the clients who use Exportible now get multiple messages:
Failed to upload File. Connection reset by peer - recvfrom(2)
Some of the uploads do go well however.
Any one knows what the problem could be?
If I start the old server again, everything works fine.
