wftpserver is not starting & service is stopping automatical

Hi Team,
i have an issue with wftpserver service on linux server which is not starting as i see the process id is getting updating on pid-wftpserver.pid file but the process id is not active ( it is not showing with ps command ) when i do the restart of wftpserver service/process. we have restarted the service many times but it was not resolving the issue. can you please help me on this to resolve the issue.
Linux Version : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.5 (Maipo)
