Can't Login to administrator console

Stupid user here.
We haven't chagned the config on WFTP since we purchased it a long time ago. We can't login to the admin console (client or web) using the administrator login & password. We can login to the web client using the administrator password.
Are those two separate accounts? That seems strange.
We've tried every possible password it could be, no luck
What are we missing?
This is the paid version of WFTP. Not sure how to confirm the version without getting into the admin console, and the exe file does not show a version in properties. It's dated 6-18-18 10:01 pm.
