Batch download

I've had several users complain lately that the batch download does not work anymore. When I went to test it I get a null pointer error from Java. Is the batch download no longer an option?

Yes, because most web browser does not support Java applet now, and recent version of WingFTP already removed this web client plugin.

Is there going to be a replacement for the batch downloader? Or is there a work around for the current version?

The new version 6.5.2 has been released, it added a Google Chrome extension "Wing Download Manager":

This extension can be used to download multiple files/folders in the web client.
