Can't log in by users

Hi
I'm new with wftpserver.
After installed trial... I can't login by users but I can login by admin no problem,
Follow is my admin log:

sun, 16 sep 2018 20:46 administrator 'test'(IP:192.168.2.100) login failed!
sun, 16 sep 2018 20:48 administrator 'tcq'(IP:192.168.2.100) login failed!
sun, 16 sep 2018 20:50 administrator 'admin'(IP:192.168.2.100) login in ok!

You see user 'test and 'tcq' login failed
and 'admin' login ok

I know I'm missing some thing but I can't figure out Please help.

[FTP]

I guess the user "test" or "tcp" is the FTP account, so please login the web client, not the web admin.
